Strong, determined, and fearless women. As the #MeToo movement has gathered momentum and taken Hollywood by full force, discussions offering intellectual enlightment and moral support. And what better group to discuss the status of women in Hollywood than the Center for Women in Hollywood? On Friday, August 24th they will be hosting the Women in Hollywod Circles, a discussion about representation, diversity, and safety to bring the women in the entertainment industry together.

As love is a central theme in practically all films, it is only fit that there be an entire film festival dedicated to it. The Love International Film Festival will bring a variety of films that show all the different facets of love. From Tuesday, July 24th to Friday, July 27th at the Flame International & Ahrya Fine Arts Theatre experience the beautiful and integral part of the human experience through -- yes, you've guessed it -- love.

The Skirball Center will be having the Late-Night! Jim Henson Exhibition: Imagination Unlimited on Friday, June 1st from 6-10 pm. The exhibition highlights the world of Jim Henson, including his productions of The Muppet Show, Ssame Street, The Dark Crystal, and Labyrinth with over 100 objects and 25 peppets on display. However, after hours include a DJ sest by Timothy Norwind, refreshing drinks from the cash bar, and great LA food.
