Tesse = French Finesse
Restauraunt extraordinaire Bill Chait has returned to Hollywood once again to stake a claim for Tesse on Sunset Boulevard. Partnering with Jordan Ogron, designer Alexis Readinger, and chefs Raphael Francois and Sally Camacho Mueller. The restaraunt will bring a bit of Europe (especially France) to California, both in looks and taste. Just to highlight some of the menu items: veal sweetbreads, blue crab, tarragon, pork belly cavatelli, ribeye, coconut necter mousse custard, and duck creme brule.
